Registration instructions
Step 1: Become a Lotusmiles member
You register to become Lotusmiles members of Vietnam Airlines;
Step 2: Log in your LotuSmiles account
After successfully registering your membership, log into your LotuSmiles account on the Vietnam Airlines website and select LotuSociety;
Step 3: Upload related documents
In the Beneficial Groups field, select Students. Then, upload the required documents for verification and click the Register button;
Step 4: Check your email
After Vietnam Airlines has reviewed and verified your documentation, you will receive an email confirming your successful registration for the LotuStudents program.
How to buy tickets
Step 1
Log into your Lotusmiles Membership account, which has been approved for participation in the LotuStudents program.
Step 2
Go to LotuSociety and select “Buy Ticket”.
You select the appropriate incentive program from the "Offer Form" section (if eligible for different Vietnam Airlines' incentive programs).
Step 3
In the "Book" section, enter the following necessary information: itinerary, departure date, ticket class, number of passengers, etc.
Step 4
Under the "Choose Flights" section, you can search for the appropriate fares and click “select” in each fare box. After reviewing the selected flight information, click “Continue”.
Step 5
On the "Passenger Information" page, you review the personal information, enter any necessary travel document information, then click "Continue".
Step 6
Select a payment method and complete the ticket purchase process. After payment, the system will automatically send a confirmation of the reservation code and electronic ticket to the registered email address.

Because the price when you purchase the ticket is less than the price for students, Vietnam Airlines' system will automatically apply the lower pricing. For that cheaper price, you may not receive an extra piece of baggage.
