Instructions for booking the pet service

• Pet type: Dogs and cats aged 10 weeks or older. For pet birds, passengers should register for pet transport service as checked baggage.
• Health: Pets must be in good health, completely vaccinated, do not create an unpleasant odor, and do not disturb passengers or their belongings.
• Weight: The total weight of the pet and the cage must not exceed 6kg.
• Quantity: Each passenger is allowed to bring no more than two pets, and each transport cage may accommodate one pet, except in the following cases:
• • Transporting two pets who have lived together in the same cage, and the total weight of the 02 pets does not exceed 14kg;
  • Transport a pet under 6 months old with its mother in the same cage.

• Health: Pets transported as checked baggage must be in good health, not sick, fully vaccinated, not emit an unpleasant odor, and not affect passengers or their possessions.
• Weight: The total weight of the pet and the cage must not exceed 32kg. If the pet and cage weigh more than 32kg, passengers need to register to transport the pet as cargo.
• Quantity: Each flight is allowed to transport a maximum of 09 pets as checked baggage, each passenger is allowed to transport a maximum of 03 pets, and each cage can accommodate 01 pet, except for the following cases:
• • Transporting two pets who have lived together in the same cage, and the total weight of the 02 pets does not exceed 14kg;
  • Transport a pet under 6 months old with its mother in the same cage;
  • Transport a pair of birds in a cage that is covered in fabric.
