Instructions for service upgrades
You can select any of the following options:
1. Purchase an Upgrade service- Go to “Manage Booking” on the Vietnam Airlines website/app, and select Upgrade;
- Click on the Upgrade notification link sent via a message to the phone number registered when purchasing a ticket;
- Contact the ticket offices or agents in the Vietnam market, or last-hour ticket counters at domestic and international airports.

2. Redeem miles for class upgrade
- Redeem miles for an upgrade at Vietnam Airlines' sales offices.
- Redeem miles for upgrades by combining cash and miles at Noi Bai (Hanoi), Da Nang, and Tan Son Nhat (Ho Chi Minh City) Airport (applicable for domestic flights).

Frequently Asked Questions
After upgrading your flight ticket, you are entitled to the following services as standard in the new class of service:
- Check-in priority;
- Baggage tag standard and baggage loading priority;
- Meal service;
- Priority lane at the airport.
Other services apply according to the original service class standards, such as free baggage, bonus miles, qualifying miles, and qualifying flights.
